African Violets are one of the most popular houseplants out there! They have gorgeous flowers, ranging from colors of pink, purple, white and blue. The leaves grow in a rosette and are very thick and fuzzy.
Tips on how to get it to re-bloom:
Make sure your plant is receiving enough light and adequate water
Fertilize with an african violet fertilizer
Water when the top 1-2 inches of soil are dry. Make sure to not get water on the leaves since this can cause brown spots. Bottom watering is the best solution to this since it will soak up the water without having to get the leaves wet. A self watering pot is ideal for african violets.
Placing your african violet in bright but indirect sunlight will be best. Make sure to not place it in direct sunlight since this will cause the plant’s leaves to burn.
