The Philodendron Birkin has beautiful dark green foliage stripped with white pinstripes.
Each leaf is different, making it a unique houseplant to add to your collection! New leaves come out creamy white and then fade to dark green, but still have the white pinstripe variegation.
Like other philodendrons, the Birkin cannot tolerate being overwatered. A good rule of thumb is to water when the top 1-2 inches of soil are dry. Water thoroughly, until water is dripping out the bottom of the pot.
Birkins like to be placed in bright, indirect light. Or they can be grown under a grow light.
Like all aroids, the Birkin is no exception! Pot up in a well draining soil mixture. A good mix is potting soil, perlite and orchid bark!
The Birkin is toxic to both cats and dogs, so be sure to keep away from any pets!
